Fence Shop Associate

We’re looking for a dependable and self-motivated Fence Shop Associate to support our shop operations and help us continue to deliver exceptional service. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude are essential.

Responsibilities:

Work alongside our Shop Manager to assist with a variety of operational tasks, including:

• Managing inventory and stocking materials

• Performing fleet vehicle maintenance

• Servicing and maintaining small tools and equipment

• Assisting with material orders and pickups from vendors

• Pulling, packaging, and staging orders

• Loading and unloading trailers efficiently

• Assisting welders with prep work and shop needs

• Organizing and maintaining a clean, safe, and functional facility

• Maintaining shop grounds

• Pre-staining lumber and basic painting

• Making deliveries with company vehicle

Requirements:

• Must have a current driver's license and reliable transportation

• Physically capable of lifting up to 80 lbs

• Strong attention to detail

• Self-driven with the ability to work independently

• Problem-solver with a can-do attitude

• Good work ethic and team-focused mindset

• Must be punctual and willing to work some weekends

Preferred Experience (Huge Plus!):

• Mechanic knowledge and small engine repair

• Experience operating heavy equipment

• Welding knowledge or experience

• CDL certification

• Familiarity with fence materials and construction tools

Job Details:

• Job Type: Full-time

• Expected Hours: 40–55 hours per week

• Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
